One Governing Thread
Lamb
Primary canonical thread
Canonical WitnessDescription
The Lamb is the governing thread because it names the central sacrificial figure that every other strand below ultimately serves or explains: a substitute whose blood delivers, whose death fulfills the sacrificial system, and whose silent suffering absorbs judgment on behalf of others. The supporting threads gathered here — Passover, blood redemption, the continual offering, and the suffering servant — each entered the canon describing one dimension of that same sacrificial pattern before converging on the Lamb who was slain.
